A man has lost his life in a tragic two-car accident in New York. In addition, two people have suffered injuries in the crash, which took place on a recent Friday evening. Sometimes, these types of car collisions occur due to driver negligence, which can be grounds for litigation.

The tragic collision took place at about 4 p.m. along State Route 9W. According to authorities, a 20-year-old man was driving south along the highway. All of a sudden, his car entered the road’s northbound lane.
The man’s car then reportedly hit a pickup truck head on. The man driving the car passed away as a result of the impact of the crash. However, the passenger and driver of the pickup truck survived the crash. They were taken to a medical center with injuries not considered to be life threatening.
